Spence Campbell is the Founder of Infinity Concrete and an Executive for the company, where he has built a strong foundation in the residential concrete industry. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Spence’s passion for residential concrete construction led him to start Infinity Concrete in 2014. As the original owner and visionary behind the company, he has been instrumental in shaping its direction and success.
With extensive expertise in residential concrete, Spence specializes in foundations, site work, and concrete installation. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of industry standards have earned him a reputation for delivering exceptional results. Spence’s leadership continues to drive Infinity Concrete’s growth and its reputation for high-quality, reliable concrete solutions.

Michelle Berry

Gabriel Perez is a seasoned Project Manager and Estimator at Infinity Concrete, with extensive experience in the concrete industry. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Gabriel began his career in the concrete field and has since held a variety of positions, from Field Engineer to Estimator. His hands-on experience across multiple roles has given him a deep understanding of the concrete construction process, making him a key asset to the team.
Now serving as both a Project Manager and Estimator, Gabriel oversees project execution and ensures precise cost estimations. His broad experience in the field, coupled with his technical expertise, allows him to deliver high-quality results for each project he manages, making him a trusted leader at Infinity Concrete.

Manuel Maldonado is a Project Manager and Estimator at Infinity Concrete, with a strong focus on residential construction. A graduate of Hardin-Simmons University and holding a master’s degree from Abilene Christian University, Manuel began his career in hospitality management before transitioning into the construction industry. He has been with Infinity Concrete since its founding, contributing his expertise to a wide range of residential projects.
Manuel is skilled in interpreting blueprints, reading surveys, and coordinating workforce to ensure the smooth execution of projects. His deep understanding of residential concrete construction, combined with his leadership and technical expertise, makes him an essential part of the team, ensuring high-quality results for every project.

Maxwell Martini is an accomplished Estimator and Project Manager at Infinity Concrete. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Maxwell brings a strong foundation of knowledge and practical experience to his role. He began his career as a Construction Manager, where he gained hands-on expertise in project execution and management. Maxwell's dedication and skillset have allowed him to quickly transition into his current position, where he plays a key role in estimating and overseeing projects from start to finish.
Maxwell is also OSHA 10 and 30 certified, emphasizing his commitment to safety and quality in every project he manages. His blend of technical education and field experience makes him a valuable asset to the Infinity Concrete team.

Michael Harrington is a Project Manager and Estimator at Infinity Concrete. A graduate of Texas A&M University-Kingsville, Michael has a strong foundation in project management. Michael initially worked in the oil industry, gaining valuable experience in managing large-scale projects and operations. After transitioning to the construction field, he brought his expertise to Infinity Concrete, where he now plays a key role in project oversight and estimating.
In his current position, Michael is responsible for ensuring accurate project estimates, managing execution, and maintaining high standards of quality. His background in both the oil and concrete construction industries, makes him a key asset to the Infinity Concrete team.

Rodney Eikenberg is a Project Manager and Estimator at Infinity Concrete, specializing in commercial construction. A graduate of Texas State University, Rodney brings extensive experience in reinforcing steel sales, earthwork, excavation contracting, and concrete contracting, all within the commercial sector. His diverse background allows him to approach projects with a comprehensive understanding of every phase, from site preparation to the final concrete pour.

Jennifer Wood is the IT Director at Infinity Concrete, bringing more than 25 years of diverse and comprehensive experience in information technology. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Jennifer has worked across all levels of the field, including hardware, software, network, and administration. Her expertise spans a variety of industries, including financial services, retail, medical, and pharmaceuticals, where she has specialized in developing innovative software solutions tailored to meet the unique challenges of each sector.
As IT Director, Jennifer is responsible for driving Infinity Concrete’s technology strategy, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support business growth. Her extensive background in software development, coupled with her deep understanding of industry-specific needs, allows her to lead the company in leveraging technology to stay ahead in a competitive market.

Deron Wood is the Operations Director at Infinity Concrete, bringing over 20 years of corporate experience to the team. A graduate of Texas A&M University, with a Master’s degree from The Ohio State University, Deron has developed a strong background in automation, documentation, and process development throughout his career. In his role, Deron is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, implementing innovative automation systems, and developing processes that enhance productivity and ensure smooth day-to-day management.
